The OurMeeting App makes preparing and meeting easy, wherever you are. Our unique, custom-built PDF reader allows you to easily add annotations to agendas and documents. You can also share your notes with your colleagues, which speeds up communication and decision-making considerably! Your notes are neatly placed back in the document whenever the meeting organizer distributes a new version of the agenda. OurMeeting Management* is the handy online dashboard with which organizers create and manage meetings and distribute documents to the app of the participants. Accurately assign action items and register decisions. In this way everybody knows what has been decided and what needs to be done. * Attention: the OurMeeting App is not a standalone app and only works in combination with OurMeeting Management.
